We would like to let you know that we are in the middle of on going house renovation. Our house is an old house with hardly any straight walls/lines which make it an interesting project as each piece has to be treated and fitted individually. This house project has limited us with our studio space, so we had to make decision on what area of creativity we are going to concentrate on.
Howard can still do most of small metal pieces such as jewellery. Rino has decided to pack all her glass making tools and equipment to make room for her ceramic activity. In saying all this, please read our shop policy which hopefully will cover on what we can or can't do

Shipping is free and for the time being we only do regular domestic shipping for every item in our online shop. With the current covid situation there could be a delay in parcel delivery.
Under certain circumstances we will gladly exchange items within the first 14 days of receipt, on the condition that all products returned must be in their original condition – unworn, undamaged, have all tickets attached.
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances (change of heart or damage caused by the buyer). Instead, we can offer exchanges to the same cost of the original item.
Please take into consideration that customers are responsible for the return of any product and the shipping charges associated with their return. In the case of an exchange, we will send the new product once we receive the returned product from the customer.
