We would like to let you know that we are in the middle of our ongoing house renovation. Our house is a very old house and nothing in the house is straight which makes it an interesting project where everything has to be measured and fitted individually. Since we gave up our workshop in our little town we have a very limited space at home which means we had to make a priority on what are of expertise we are going to concentrate for the time being.
Rino has decided to pack up all her lampwork/glassbead making tools, equipment and stock so that she can make room for her ceramic work. While Howard will still be doing his small jewellery work in between spending time in taking care of the garden.
So because of this very reason, there are limitation on what we can and can not do when it comes to any custom made order.
When you purchase something, we need to collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
With your permission, we may send you emails about our products and other updates. We respect your privacy, and understand how we can have too many emails in our ‘promotions in-box’. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Returns and Exchanges
We will gladly exchange items within the first 7 days of receipt, on the condition that all products returned must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have all tickets attached.
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances. Instead, we can offer exchanges or store credit.
Please take into consideration that customers are responsible for the return of any product and the shipping charges associated with their return. In the case of an exchange, we will send the new product once we receive the returned product from the customer.
Any custom made order (apart from glass beads or glass bead items) will be considered. Please email us to discuss it further.
